New York Term Limits Overturned

Filed under: Michael Bloomberg, New York — The Elitist @ 11:04 am

The New York city council overturned the two-term limit for mayor, effectively allowing Michael Bloomberg to remain President of NYC for life. This came as a surprise to voters, who had twice rejected any change to the term limits. What people don’t understand is that Mayor Bloomberg is a billionaire, and thus better than the rest of us. If only we could do the same on the national level, then Barack Obama really could be running against President Bush.
